modern software

We run everything with modern software from our shop ERP system for planning and job tracking to our variety of Solidworks model based software for part planning, unfolding, and programming.

Hardware

We have multiple hardware insertion machines with auto feed pem nut and stud capabilities. We also install rivets, gaskets, sound dampener, and any other materials as required for customers.

Milling

We offer CNC milling with a maximum table size of 18”x52”, a maximum height of 25”, and automatic tool changing capability for a wide variety of tools to provide machined parts quickly.

Finishes Available

We have local finishing partners to provide powdercoat, wet paint, zinc plate, anodizing, black oxide, or heat treating that a customer desires.

We have a very good working relationship with a full service powder coater that will turn our parts around for us in 3-4 days for plain colors and 4-5 days with silk screening or specialty colors.

CNC cutting

We specialize in cnc controlled machinery beginning with punching and laser cutting. Our machinery provides for a clean cut on up to 3/8” steel, 1/4” stainless steel, and 1/4” aluminum.

Welding

Bent parts go through hands on TIG/MIG welding or fast and precise robotic controlled welding cells depending on customer needs and production quantities.

We are able to build and weld anything from tube frames to sheet metal machines and assemblies.

Turn Key Capability

We also specialize in final product assembly. We are fully equipped to manufacture all metal component parts and assemble turn key products with electrical, motors, controllers, and all other integrated parts to customer requirements.

We direct ship to customers in Southern California to control the cost of delivery and provide faster and more personable customer service.

bending

Precision cut parts are then put through either hands on specialists or robot controlled bending depending on production/customer needs. We are able to process up to 1/4” thick parts.

Spot Welding

We have multiple spot welding machines to accommodate for anything from small handheld parts to large panels and various materials including aluminum, stainless, and up to 12 gauge steel.

Material Specialties

We run sheet cold rolled steel, sheet stainless steel, sheet galvaneel, sheet pre coated steel, sheet aluminum, as well as, a variety of block aluminum.
